Payments and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including VAT):

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping within Germany and to EU countries: € 4.90.
Deliveries abroad:
Shipping to non-EU countries: € 19.90

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 – 5 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 5 – 10 days for international deliveries after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
