Terms and conditions for entering competitions
1. Eligibility to participate
All legally competent natural persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are entitled to participate, except for employees of Nutracosmetic GmbH and their relatives. Participants under the age of 16 must coordinate their participation with their parents. Participation via competition agencies is not permitted.
2. Winner notification
Winners will be notified in writing. If there is no response within the period stated in the notification, the claim to the prize will lapse.
3. Cash payment and legal process
The prize cannot be paid out in cash. There is no right of appeal.
4. Right to amend
Nutracosmetic GmbH reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the competition at any time at its own discretion, as well as to adjust the conditions of participation or the prizes if circumstances make this necessary. In doing so, no liability for damages arises towards the participants.
5. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is not connected to any social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram and is neither sponsored nor supported by them.
6. Data protection
The data protection provisions apply.
