Active ingredients

Bacillus subtilis

The natural ferment from the valuable Bacillus subtilis (microbe of the year 2023) ensures maximum cell health and immune protection for the skin. It removes the basis for the existence of harmful microbes and fungi, has an anti-inflammatory effect and optimises the cell climate.

Bearberry

Bearberry contains powerful antioxidants, has an antibacterial effect and is an astringent (it constricts blood vessels). It thus fulfils important protective functions for the skin and
at the same time naturally increases the durability of the product.

Black Sea Rod Oil

An extract is obtained from the coral’s horny skeleton that contains large amounts of a bioactive lipid. This is almost identical to those found in the human body and can thus improve hair density and strengthen and fortify eyelashes.

Diamond dust

Real diamond dust is added to waterproof mascara, for example. It does not create a glitter effect, but produces an extremely stable texture that makes the mascara smudge-proof and durable until it is removed.

Eicosanoid

This biotechnically optimised lipid can be utilised particularly effectively as a growth messenger in the hair root. This can achieve lash lengths that exceed the natural potential by up to 40%. An often-documented side effect is a darkening of the fading keratin layer.

Pea stem cells

Stem cells have not yet been determined in their function, but they have great potential. The nucleic acids contained in them have outstanding properties as ‘building blocks of life’ as signal transmitters or as catalysts for metabolic processes related to hair growth.

Ginseng

This superstar of traditional Chinese medicine improves the cellular climate, counteracts redness and irritation. In products such as eyelash serums, it increases tolerability.

Goji berry

It contains a cocktail of trace elements that strengthens the immune function of the cell – plus vitamins in high concentrations that bind free radicals and counteract premature skin ageing.

Hyaluronic acid

It can bind up to 1000 times its own weight in moisture.
This makes this ingredient an all-rounder when it comes to healthy, fresh skin. In eyelash serums, hyaluronic acid helps to make the hair thicker, more elastic and less prone to breakage.

Nano Cocoa

Cocoa not only contains high concentrations of antioxidant phytochemicals, its flavanols also have positive effects on cell metabolism and the supply of oxygen to tissues. For our products, it is processed in a laboratory into a particularly bioavailable nano-cocoa.

Camomile

The power of chamomile as a medicinal plant has been known for centuries. In cosmetic products, it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and decongestant properties, while being very gentle and well tolerated.

Kojic acid

This active ingredient has a lightening effect on the skin’s pigments, reducing age spots, for example, and also inhibits the production of melanin in skin cells. Important: since melanin is directly involved in the skin’s UV protection, it is essential to use additional sun protection when using products with kojic acid.

Milk thistle extract

This ancient medicinal plant contains many detoxifying and anti-inflammatory flavonoids. When used in creams, for example, it provides antioxidant protection for the collagen scaffold that is responsible for the elasticity of your skin and which is increasingly affected by free radicals over the years.

Mung bean sprouts

The very young sprouts of the mung bean are a valuable source of various phytochemicals. In addition to nucleic acids, they contain special flavonoids that have strong antioxidant properties and support cell health and growth processes.

Niacin

Niacin, nicotinamide or vitamin B3 is a vasodilator that increases blood flow. It also smoothes the skin and promotes the formation of important skin components (including keratin) and therefore counteracts premature skin aging.

Peptides

Peptides fulfil a large number of physiological functions. Some can have a hormone-like effect, others have an anti-inflammatory effect. Our peptides, with their rather short molecular structure, are particularly easy to use. Above all, they promote the absorption of ingredients into the cell and can stimulate the growth or formation of important players in the skin matrix (e.g. collagen and hyaluronic acid).

Polysaccharides

They are an important element in the cells of all living beings, giving cell walls stability. In eyelash serums, they increase the elasticity of the hair shaft as a moisture-binding element and prevent hair breakage.

Purslane extract

Purslane is also known as ‘Kiss-Me-Quick’. It is rich in vitamin C and also contains vitamins A, B and E, as well as the minerals and traces of magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and zinc. It also contains antioxidant flavonoids and oxalic acid, as well as moisture-binding biopolymers.

Red clover

Red clover contains particularly high concentrations of isoflavones. These plant pigments have a strong antioxidant effect, bind to estrogen receptors and can therefore have hormone-like effects. They can be utilised particularly well for eyelash growth.

Silver

Silver is not only a valuable precious metal, but also an important active ingredient in skin care products due to its strong antibacterial properties. In creams, silver promotes a clear complexion and reduces impurities and inflammations. Even small injuries (micro-lesions) heal faster under the influence of silver.

Tea extract

Extracts of white and black tea are used. The tannins in black tea have a decongestant and antibacterial effect. White tea contains more polyphenols, which have a strong antioxidant effect and bind free radicals.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C and its pre-forms are very strong antioxidants and free radical scavengers. They thus counteract premature skin ageing. Vitamin C also has a lightening effect and reduces irregularities in skin pigmentation.

Tocopheryl Acetate

This active ingredient is converted by the body into cell-protecting and antioxidant vitamin E, even when absorbed through the skin.

Wine leaf extract

Wine leaves have been used for centuries for medicinal applications. Its phytochemicals increase microcirculation and the supply of oxygen to skin cells. Other components of the vine leaf have anti-inflammatory and astringent effects on blood vessels.
